Product Description
The big cutterhead cutting machine is a supporting device dedicated to the mass production of flat tube, using a single knife to cut the straw. It can cut the straw ends neat and beautiful. It can be equipped with belt spiral traction or rubber wheel traction to meet the needs of different customers.
If equipped with a rubber belt, it can be adjusted to stagger its angular size, specifically for the production of spiral straws; helix angle of color strip meet one revolution per 160mm; if traction with two pairs of the polyurethane rubber wheel to draw straws, it is flexible and durable, specifically for the production of the straight stripe color straws. Usually it is used in combination with L-shape straw collection device which equip with a stainless steel receiving hopper.

- 0.75KW AC motor for the motor, and 1.1KW AC motor for cutting.
- Straw length: 150-280mm; Straw diameter: φ4.0~12.

- With a straw collecting device and stainless steel receiver hopper to collect the straw easily.
- The cutting guard rear side has a moveable cleaning window makes the clean and maintenance easy.
